Hey there, it’s me The Diamond, raised from the dead. Got your e-mail. You must have sent it a long time ago, before Carter died. I had a stroke that his me like a swinging baseball bat. But I am slowly fighting my way back. It’s been a long rough road. I was hurt be Carter’s death. I will never ever have a friend like that again. Hey, I want you to know that I tossed all of those tapes and pics into the fire years ago. Forget it ever happened. I was too crazy about you.

Hope you are doing well with your life. I would like to stay in touch. You are welcome to come visit me any time you wish. I have a lovely guest bedroom and a very large house. Too large for me.

Don’t know what the future holds. Docters tell me I have a fading heart, but they have told me that before.

Gina has always stayed in touch with me and comes to see me regularly here in Spearfish. It is beautiful where I live here in the mountains. Gina has two kids. She is like a daughter to me. I have outlived all my relaations except some cousins. I have remembered you in my will, and Gina will contact you should anything happen to me. If you want her to.

Stay well.

Dave, I enjoyed listening to you on KFWB back in the 67-68 time frame while going to school at Arinona State U. On one of the shows, you were interviewing the Strawberry Alarm Clock re In cence and pprmnt. I think you had Beautiful Bob before you and probably BMR, also. Great days of radio, even if the AM faded in and out. Even had a former roomate tell me his family knew you from one of past haunts. Always questioned that until his funeral when his older brothers said it was true. Family last name was Schramm..Great to see this site.
