UPDATE: I have archived 16 gigs of Diamond airchecks and radio shows to Amazon’s S3 cloud hosting service. I’m in the process of converting to .mp3 and will post listenable links here soon. Also, I made a page of SOME of Diamond’s audio here. But, if you’d like a .zip archive file of more content, please contact me. Thanks! – DHP

Always on the cusp of innovation, in the summer of 2005 Dave Diamond launched a podcast. His podcast, a reprise of the Diamond Mine Radio Show, was a mixture of the classic, deep, poetic, and rockin Dave Diamond 60?s radio vibe. The show was recorded for Black Hills State University on the college radio station KBHU.

A total of three ‘new’ Diamond Mine episodes were recorded.  This is the first episodes – the others will be posted over the next few days, then archived on the ‘Podcast’ page.

There are also several gigs of Diamond airchecks currently being archived on Amazon S3 – while some of the content remains the property of the original rights holders, much of it will be made publicly available upon request.  Please check back to this blog for details.

Thanks!

Note: These episodes do contain some RIAA music. They were created as as a part of an academic project for Black Hills State University, no money was exchanged or profit made, and are covered under an educational license for KBHU and BHSU. Though these episodes are educational and not for profit, the episodes will be removed upon request of rights holders.
